School Uniform

Our school’s uniform colour scheme is jade green, grey, black and white.

For the boys:

Grey or black smart trousers;
White polo shirt or white shirt;
Jade green sweatshirt or fleece with the Manor Field logo;
Black smart shoes – no trainers;
Dark coloured socks;

In the summer, they may choose to wear:
Smart grey or black shorts.

For the girls

Grey or black skirt, pinafore dress or smart tailored trousers – skirts should be of a reasonable length;
White polo shirt or white shirt;
Jade green sweatshirt, fleece or cardigan with Manor Field logo;
Black smart shoes with no heel;
White socks or grey tights.

In the summer, they may choose to wear:
A green and white checked summer dress;
Grey or black tailored shorts;
Black, white or brown sandals (these must have an ankle strap to keep them on).

It is essential that all items of uniform are clearly named so that they can be identified and returned to the child if misplaced.

Shoes and sandals must be supportive and hold a child’s foot in place so that they are safe. In common with other local schools, we do not allow trainers to be worn during the day.

Items can be purchased from a variety of local shops with the exception of the jade green fleece, sweatshirt or cardigan with the logo which can only be purchased from SkoolKit in Basingstoke town centre.

P.E Kit

All children take part in weekly PE and Games sessions and for reasons of hygiene and safety must have a complete change of clothing for these sessions.

Indoor PE: White t-shirt and dark shorts, bare feet

Outdoor PE: White t-shirt, dark shorts, trainers or plimsolls. In the winter months, they may also wear dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and a warm jumper.

The white t-shirt must be different to the one worn as part of their uniform and they must have a change of footwear. It is not acceptable to use their school shoes for sport.

All PE kit should be clearly named and sent to school in a draw string bag which can hang from the cloakroom pegs. Please do not use a rucksack as there is not room for them to hang on the pegs. PE kits should remain in school for half a term before being taken home to be washed.
